The Role of the Business Development /Sales Customer Manager within Sourcery Solutions

As a service manager H2H you are advising and supporting our clients daily. They are looking for the best solution for their customers promotional needs and we aim to be the partner who can supply high end technology gadgets. You are the sparring partner on the phone and email. You proactively pitch ideas to the customer, advise on product details, quote projects and develop and maintain a relationship through follow up and face to face meetings. Through your enthusiasm, personality and expertise on our products and the market, we will optimize relationships with our key customers. You will work in a small team that attaches great importance to your ideas, solutions, creativity and enthusiasm.

Job requirements
You are socially skilled and have some years of experience in a similar function.

It is less about your experience, and more about how fast you are going to develop yourself. We are looking for someone with a university degree or mindset, including the following character traits: reliable, curious, enthusiastic, independent, pro-active, flexible, customer oriented and have administrative/analytical skills.
